Mixed-matched CIS components.........
Silver,
Could you post some pictures of your motor? You seemed to have ROW and US spec CIS components on your engine. The last mechanic who worked on your car could be a good and honest one but was not familiar with CIS. He should have told you about this problem because this engine will not run well with the current set-up.
Find a mechanic who is very familiar with CIS to get this problem corrected. Keep us posted.
