Take off the other good one and measure the specs such as full open rotation sweep etc.
(I don't remember the technical names for those)

It looks very similar to a Grass hinge I once replaced. Same location. It was a pain to find.
Take photos with measuring tape.
If you can't match it with the cheapo box store garbage which I wouldn't recommend, or a local cabinet store, they might be able to.
It was something like $20-30 from another website like cabinetparts but it got fixed.

I also had to install additional brackets inside to keep the cabinet carcass panels from moving.
Both hinges.were replaced.

Adjusting takes a little time to figure out but it's nice when it's close to perfect.
