I would like to know more on this as well...I am running just one cooler (Mocal large capacity) and no fan, but temps have not been an issue unless I run over 120mph for an extended time...but all I have to do is back out of it for a bit and she cools right back down. It's been almost 1 year since the install and I have yet to see a temp over 240.
