There is no slip on that has the support you are looking for after a month, and I have tried them all....including Mephisto.

I have not tried this model but it looks interesting.
I have owned, own, these, and they are great and supportive. However, they are a great shoe for the Fall and Winter here but for SoCal may a bit out of place
I am wearing a pair now.
