The sunroof was not closing properly. It became obvious that something was wrong on the passenger side.
It actually comes apart faily easily. And once you remove the motor gear drive, it comes out easily.
However, getting the cables back in is a Pain the the A$$. I kept thinking back to the old college joke about Mechanical Engineers. Double-E's always say that in Mechanical engineering, all you need to remember is F=MA and you can't push a rope...
The problem was the special nut on the passenger side was missing so the passenger side drive cable wouldn't work. Couldn't find it either. Fortunately I had a 4mmx.70mm tap to make one.
Anyone heard of this nut dissapearing?
