EDIT. If the photo is the one supplied by the owner, his garage in the background looks pretty tidy. I look for that kind of thing. And the bike itself looks very clean.

This... . I bought my 06 even though I wasn't really looking because the stack of receipts within the last 1 k miles equaled the price of the bike. Valve adj, belts, tires, coolant hoses, ecu flash, etc. The tach doesn't work, which is a 1k fix even if you diy (due to the stupid immobilizer on later bikes) so it was priced at 3k.
