I would make one if you have some scrap metal lying around (and tools) If you need the real thing, You might want to try Automobile Atlanta, they mostly deal in 914 parts but might have a few 911 small parts kicking around. Also, check to see if it's not a part used on VW bugs.. then your search just got easier.
