Just add coupe door whole metal FRAMES and correct coupe WINDOWS into your existing targa doors will be fine.
Targa door windows are not the same as coupe thou...Targa door windows are straight at top while Coupe door windows top are a bit curved towards to the rear end of edge of the window.
Also, normally Targa door windows are "FRAME less" just only supported by the front quarter window door frame.
