That seems like a reasonable assumption. Lots of businesses starting up but many won't survive. While I'm sure there are plenty of folks that do and have been pot heads and probably so folks that have not that will now try, I also suspect not everyone will be customers and the population will not support the number of businesses perpetually. The spike will subside as the newness wears off, and certain businesses will fail.
