Reminds me a bit of Nick Swardson's funeral plans in his comedy routine...look it up for a laugh but part of it includes paying John Stamos $10k to show up, cry a bit and say nothing to anyone about why he is there.
Always like a funny obit, but at 43 it's too early and likely not natural causes.
