I bought a CTEK 7002 battery tender. Basic question: Do you just connect to positive and negative terminals of the battery and not to a separate grounding location? Or connect to one terminal and a separate ground. The CTEK instruction video says one thing and the manual says another. And if it's a separate ground, what do folks suggest attaching the ground to? The cables that came with the unit are pretty short--not sure what they'll reach from the frunk.
