Don't know. Electrically why would it matter?
In my 911, the positive is on the battery terminal connector and the ground goes to the ground star that is also the negative lead from the battery. Seemed to make the most sense to me.
On my bus both leads are connected to he battery terminals as that made the most sense there.
Neither one has exploded nor burned down yet and I doubt any thing bad will happen.
