Yea, HAAS is embarrassingly slow.
Track limits are never an issue at all at Monaco for some reason
Exceed the limits and smack the wall seems to keep them in line.
My feeling is track limits should be enforced like a stone barrier. If all 4 tire are on the outside of the first white line, a stop and go penalty is issued. For everyone, every-time. The only "get out of jail free" is if they are forced off track buy another car. Then the stewards need to look into the incident. Any other time they are 4 wheel off the first line, is a stop and go. No exceptions. Enforced for everyone, even Hamilton.
