Soy sauce chicken wings with udon noodles and hot chili oil. Marinated the wings for 2 days and cooked them on the warm setting on my griddle for an hour. Cooked this way, the marinade turned to a gooey sugary caramel cooked into the wings and was INTENSE! In fact I would only go this far with a whole chicken and reduce the marinade less for wings again. Milk stout paired well with the chicken. An IPA would have worked too. Additional spoonfuls of chili oil were drizzeled onto the noodles.
