I am so dumb. During the whole winter, we were goofing off riding our bikes, hanging out. My boys are old enough to help with building the second story deck. We started about two weeks ago. The decking itself is Ipe to match the lower deck. If I bought the materials 3 months ago, it would have been $ 1.50 less a lin' foot. That's 1000 lin', 1500 bucks difference.
