Yet you can get 1 or 2 day appointments to renew a registration in NJ.

To change address on a DL in person you need six point of ID including either a Birth Certificate or a passport as primary ID and then five lesser forms as well.
Or you can go online fill out the form with no proof and they will mail you the DL.
