I assume the process is still the same. But now you need to make an appointment with a DMV that does title transfers. I assume they will also do the registrations and plates?
I don't care if he registers the car so long as the title is out of the sellers name.

Damn that seems crazy. In OH we can get temp tags whether the sale private party or dealer purchase.
