I've been planning a shed on my side yard for a while now...a needed fence replacement and then rebuild after a tree fell on the newly finished fence put the shed on the back burner for about 7 months.
I priced out the lumber for the shed last summer, $506. Did it again last week and I'm looking at $722 now. Not a deal killer for me but multiply that up to a house, or many houses and I can see why work is stopping.
