If the omega has a pin holding the spring in place. Remove the pin. You need lubricant under the omega arm.
While you have the two apart, pull the long arm off and antiseize under it. It keeps the arm piviotable on the vertical shaft. If it seizes on the vertical shaft the clutch becomes very difficult
Put the clutch and long arm on the unit after it’s in the car. Use short lever to engage the TOB and pull engine and trans together.
