Fried chicken wings three ways: Korean, chili oil and regular with sesame udon noodles and egg yolk with sriracha. My plan came together nicely mixing the egg yolk as a sauce into the noodles and then bits of fried chicken and crust and sauces mixing into the noodles making for incredible flavor bursts while devouring the wings and then having some noodles. Favorite of the three is the Korean by far. A Kirin complimented it all nicely.
