Well, one thing lead to another for me and I figured out a way to get all my deck boards down. Granted most only have 2 fasteners holding them in place right now, but I will go back and screw the rest of them in after a trip to my supplier to get more. I had a limited supply which is why I only use 2 per board, but also really wanted to get them all in place today.
There's more to do but the main part is done now and it's remarkably sturdy considering my seat of the pants engineering skills.
