In case anyone is wondering what those white pipe things are....I bought some LED lights from Amazon and made my own housings out of PVC pipe. I also sealed them up really good with a tube of clear silicon sealant. Before the deck went in they shined up into the bamboo at night. These are colour changing and I've had them on green lately. I disconnected all but the first one as now I will re-configure my lighting to conform with the new layout.
