For your specs, there is no way you can get a rated RSC. You are just going to get a metal box that won't really slow anyone down except the most incompetent or tool inept. May I suggest an Amsec BF or BF II in whatever size you require? In addition, forget the biometric or electronic locks. Good old fashioned group II combination lock will serve you well. The safes in the class I'm talking about cannot be moved without multiple strong help, especially up stairs.
