^^^ There are a lot of bird sounds..esp in the mornings. (I have a couple bird feeders within 10 ft of the pond)
I agree there is something about water sound that is soothing. The first year that I built the pond, I had a fountain nozzle in the middle of it. Didn't like it...changed to the waterfall..much better.
