(repost)I did some maintenance and am very pleased with the results.
-Adjusted balance springs for equal tension L/R with nothing rubbing on the tracks.
-Adjusted chain drive a bit tighter but still with a little slack.
-Adjusted final stop positions for sufficient seal.
-Adjusted track connection points so they match up.
-Scraped all hard grease off of tracks. Cleaned with WD-40 to soften any remaining.
-Lubed all roller points, hinges, chain, cables and pulleys with copious light oil. Also a thin smear of grease on the track.

Took a few hours but it's very quiet now. In ten years I'll have to do it again.
