Indiana law changed about 3 years ago and now you can buy booze on Sunday, after 12 noon.

I grew up in Alabama in the early 1970s. They had blue laws and virtually all stores of any sort were closed on Sundays. Some of the larger grocery store chains came along with deep enough pockets to challenge the blue laws as unconstitutional. Of course they won, and there is no logical reason to pick Sunday as the one day of the week a grocer can't earn a living. Soon shoe stores, and most other businesses that want to be open were open on Sunday.
If a store like Chick-fil-A CHOOSE to be closed on any day they pick, that is 100% their right. Other chicken restaurants are open if they want.
