Discrepancy between old and new window seals (911-531-951-01), upper inner window seal at top of door, ‘86 911 Targa.
I purchased replacement window seals using the PET Katalog part numbers. However, the part I removed from my car is different than the new part. Both seals attach by pressing them down onto the upper edge of the inner door sheet metal, just behind the leather trim piece at the top of the door card. The old part has felt on one side, and nothing on the other. The new part has felt on one side, and a squeegee on the other. The new part is the correct part number (911-531-951-01), and is identified as such on several Porsche part supplier’s sites, but the new part does not appear to fit correctly.

Pic#2 - new part partially installed, which does not look right to me.
Experienced guidance is requested.
