Covid Vaccines - if you take one, can you use a different type in a year?
It seems like there are 3 main types of Covid vaccine - MRNA, Carrier (vector) Vaccine, and Protien Adjuvant.
Each have their pluses and minuses and we sorta get a choice as to what type we get... sorta.
As of today, anyone 40 or older can get AstraZeneca where I live. This would not have been my first choice however I do like the idea of the vector vaccine better than the other options. I personally know a guy in Norway who had a horrible reaction to AstraZeneca.
If we get AstraZeneca, will we be able to get a Novovax shot in a year when it is available? What about one of the MRNA vaccines?
Do the various vaccines play nice together? Does anyone know?
