If you haven't cut the enclosure off the bumper, you can mount the lens to the bumper to cover the enclosure, then drill a hole in the end of the enclosure to run the wires through. I did that , but my enclosures had been cut off, so I used ( user here ) Spoke's LED turn signals, which mount inside the lens, and I glued a sheet of foam rubber to the back of the lens to prevent water from getting in, and painted the back of it with PlastiDip to make sure it was water-resistant. I haven't tested the weather-proofing, but the lenses mounted OK after I JB-Welded some aluminum brackets onto the bumper.
