Just seeking some feedback on my 2001 996 turbo with 60,000 miles.
The dented and leaking headers were swapped for OEM manifolds but the noise persists. It goes away as the engine warms up.

With a plastic hose it appears to be coming from the under the heat shield near the top of the hot side.
