Do you have a source for Kate Brown announcing a permanent mask mandate?
(I've run across lots of people recently who are confused about Oregon OSHA's recent move to make temporary COVID workplace rules permanent. They are doing this because Oregon law doesn't allow them to extend temporary workplace rules past 180 days. The permanent rule is supposed to be repealed when the current COVID crisis is deemed over. The workplace rules do mandate that workers follow whatever is the current state-wide mask guidance from the Oregon Health Authority.)
