Not disposable.
I love the hyflex for working with greasy machines. Quite a bit thicker than 9m nitrile, but thin enough and flexible and stretchy enough that I can still pick up a washer off the driveway. Grease wipes off with a rag so they're grippy all day. Wear is measured in weeks, not minutes.
