Different direction than stock/used but I bought some replacement wheels online somewhere for my daughters '12 Yukon.
Coated aluminum, likely from China, and have held up very well so far - about $ 180.00 each shipped for 20's.
Not sure about Ford, but GM's plating on their wheels has not held up very well for me over time. The beads start to leak due to corrosion and delaminating. That is how I made the decision to buy new cheap wheels and avoid used factory models.
