The broker I worked with got mad at me for listing a home I had FSBO. He asked why I didn't list it through the company. I replied that I would if the company refunds the company portion of the commission. He asked why he should do that. I replied, you've never given me a penny of your money so why should I give you a penny of mine. Yeah... he didn't like that answer.
