I haven't finished with the fine tuning yet. That picture is my rough cut. I still have to have grill powder coated and then form fit molding by tacking in with rubber cement and heat gun. I will post picture when done. By no comparison do I think I can match Als quality, but for a DIY project it should be fine for me.
