Looks expensive!
Apparently the Ford Duratec 4 cyclinder combines light weight (all alloy) with easy 100hp/litre performance, and it can be a 2.3.
But I can't find any decent links to it!!
IMO, the Uk leads the way in the engines which go well in Lotus 7 replicas. Other popular engines include the Rover (too small, IMO at 1800cc) and the Vauxhaul 2 litre. The Duratec is a "new kid on the block".
