Yes, Michael suffered from the limitations on testing and practice, but was not he also lapped by Senna (in Spain, I believe). We bemoan Bottias for being a tenth or two off of Hammy's pace. Michael needed to work three times as hard, and twice as long to approach competitiveness against Senna. YMM, of course V.  |

The only race that I recall him being lapped was at Monaco. On lap one, when he got to the hairpin, the guy in front of him parked and Michael busted his rear wing. Had to pit for the new one and ended up dead last. Got stuck behind De Cesares almost the whole race, worked his way up to eighth, or so.
