Thanks, I have to say that while the wagyu is twice as expensive as regular ground beef, it has 3 times the taste. And better fat as you can see. I can get the same 80/20 regular beef and it doesn't have the same grease which is everything for a burger. Getting some tallow to start to griddle burgers in too. Maybe baste while grilling, something to try.
