Been doing it since Feb. On week days no breakfast or lunch. only eat supper, and a snack. Dropped from 200lb to 170. I also cut out sugar except for whats in my BEER

. My mountain biking climbing is much stronger and much better in the technical rocky sections. I am 60 years old, and never felt better.
Also I am sharper during the day... if I eat an apple or something around 2:00pm I feel sleepy.. If I don't eat till supper I feel great all day.
