Technically, 3 meals a day could be considered IF assuming you have breakfast, lunch, dinner, and don't have other snacks and food before those three (no giant coffee full of cream and sugar hours before breakfast and no huge snack before bed or hours after dinner. Even a 12/12 schedule could be considered IF (12 hours with 3 meals and then 12 hours of no food or calories).
