Scammer ? I'm not convinced ... meaning hey, if there's a good longhood deal to be had from this, I'm not going to reject it off the bat. I notice you wisely added "potential" ... good especially given the preceding phrase but yeah, please ... if anyone's interest's piqued, go in with eyes wide open, as is advisable when buying a car from any reseller.
The Jalopnik article is pretty neutral and balanced which is closer to how I see this as well but sounds like Mr Small has a prior run in with some Pelican members ...
