Fred: Yes stuff is close to high voltage, but not too close. The epoxy is rated for 450v/mil thickness and I am allowing 150 mils clearance minimum.
No, those are not fiber optic. I made the equivalent of 60kv spark plug wires with an OD of just 1/8". These are the output wires. And they are not shielded.
