Thanks, I was struggling with the scale and don't have much to compare with.
Does not sound too bad, and worth the price if you like the golf course-like setting.
I only have about 1/4 of an acre (
on a scenic river), my little Club Cadet would take about 8-hours to do your 5-acres I'd imagine.
