My next search is for the illusive $23,900 to $25,500 #4; often cited rarely seen in 2021.

Time for a cars.com / craigslist search.....
I don’t think those cars exist. It would have to be a really rough cab and even then I don’t think it would last more than hours on the market. When any roller is worth ~10k and any running aluminum engine is worth ~10k it makes those bottom of the market cars risk free and anyone with the cash is going to snatch them up without hesitation.
