Look at the Goodyear sticker. It is black. But, the “German Auto” is clearly green. Both are stickers.
Look at the “Winston” sticker. It is red. But, the middle color outlining the number is orange. Also, look at the red in the jacket the young lady is wearing.
I am a photographer…..and yes, white balance can really mess up the look of colors in a photo. But, there are enough colors in the photo to see that white balance is not making black look green or red look orange.
