Sorry I didn’t answer your question about the Jeep IAC, because I don’t know... if I read it correctly and hopefully Al or someone who is familiar with the MS ECU can verify that it gets hooked up directly to the ECU and uses whatever voltage comes out of the box.
Just like most of us, we have too much going on and not enough time, but I found a bit of time last week and this weekend to continue fab work on three custom mounts that I hope to get to the anodizer early this week.
Even used the old rub trick from grade school- hold paper against an object and then use the side of the pencil lead to get the impression of where edges and bolt holes are so I can drill properly.
