Does he have homeowners, Condo or renters insurance? If so he is covered for the liability limits of the policy. Have him jack his liability coverage to the max, same on his car, boat what ever. Then get an umbrella policy. Umbrella policies are cheap $1,000,000.00 for about $750.00.
