No. Liability extends any where in the world, Property coverage on personal property also extends.
If you are on a cruise ship with your dog and you drop your drink from the upper deck and hit someone on the head with the glass, covered. then your dog runs down and bites the some kid eating a Weiner, covered. Then the cruise ship sinks and you lose your luggage, covered for up to 10% of your personal property coverage.
