What others have said here about the different strains of flu is true and you may have gotten a strain that wasn't "covered" by the vax you got.
Another thing to consider is how long after the shot did you get symptoms? Some get the shot, then 2 days later before it has a chance to work, they get flu and think the shot gave them the flu.
Not possible. The flu shot doesn't have any live virus in it.
One more thing; if you are infected by a flu virus (or COVID) after getting the vax and it has been two weeks, the symptoms will usually be MUCH less severe than if you hadn't been vaccinated.
If you get COVID under whatever circumstances and you have it confirmed with a test and the symptoms are beginning to be severe, ask your doc to prescribe the Monoclonal Antibody infusion. From what I've heard, it really knocks COVID out
