What a shame. I used them years ago when my odometer failed and they were extremely communicative and turned my speedo around in under a week.
Obviously, the hobby has become more saturated with new enthusiasts so I wonder if many of these niche companies are drowning in work they weren't anticipating 7-8 years ago.
